OPENING HOURS

-Information and bookings from 10:00 to 07:00 pm from Monday to Sunday.

-Timetable for  the tours will be based on the capacity completed by boat.

-Booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure.

TRIPS TO CALA SAN PEDRO

-At the moment it is not possible to make tours to Cala San Pedro but we will visit it non-stop, on our excursions.

PERIODS OF ACTIVITY

-From May Bank Holiday. (High Season)

-June, July, August and first half of September. (High Season)

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Journey from Las Negras to boat trips around the Natural Park. Includes snorkel equipment.

Also cover each passenger by means of civil liability insurance, boat insurance and passenger insurance, in the event of any incident that might occur.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

Transport to Las Negras, food on board, tours other than those referred to in the charter services (unless the boat is rented in its entirety for the private tour), meals or drinks outside the boat during visits on shore or any other additional expenses that customers may incur during the trips.

 

WHAT CAN I TAKE ON THE BOAT?

You can bring with you any necessary personal belongings. The crew is under no circumstances responsible for the passenger's personal belongings.

 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK?

24 hours in advance, you can make your booking through customer service and reservations phone +34 642 026 020 or in person at our kiosk set up on Las Negras beach.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR EACH JOURNEY?

24 hours in advance, through by calling the customer service and booking number +34 642 026 020 and Bizumin the store that we have enabled on the beach next to the lifeguard tower. You can make the payment with card, bizum or cash.

 

EMBARKING AND DISEMBARKING

For the departure of the trips, you must always be punctual, and be at the pick-up point on the beach at least 10 minutes before the start of the trip.

To ensure safety, it is recommended that you always follow the skipper's instructions.

Embarking and disembarking must be done in order, following the safety measures and without haste, albeit without delay, as there will be new passengers waiting to get on or off the boat and go on a new trip.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS REGARDING FULL HIRE FOR PRIVATE TOURS?

Individual seats will not be assigned, but rather the whole boat will be rented, regardless of the number of passengers who will enjoy the chosen tour or experience.

 

COVID-19

Our boats and crew are fully prepared and sanitised in accordance with the necessary safety and hygiene measures to prevent COVID-19.

They are certified by a specific Prevention, Action and Contingency Plan to carry out our work with the utmost safety and hygiene.

All surfaces and areas are cleaned and disinfected with a virocide treatment, continuously between journeys.

IN WHAT CASES WILL I BE REIMBURSED?

If adverse weather conditions make it impossible to carry out the trips, tours or transfers to Cala de San Pedro, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE INITIAL RESERVATION WILL BE REFUNDED.

If for any other reason you are unable to make the journey, you may cancel and request a refund 48 hours in advance.
