THE CUSTOMER

The Web allows Los Barqueros to offer the sale of services of transfers and excursions to professional or non-professional Clients who act as consumers, who are over 18 years of age and with full capacity to act.

Consequently, Los Barqueros does not limit the reservation of certain places for a route or excursion (always depending on the availability of places offered at all times). In general terms, Los Barqueros reserves the right to deny a reservation that is abnormal due to its number of units, provided that it is not a large reservation that has been previously consulted with Los Barqueros .

2. SERVICES

The Services available for sale in the Los Barqueros Online Store are described and presented with the greatest possible precision (specifications, characteristics, itineraries, etc.) in order to know their properties and peculiarities, and of course, to verify that they are adapted to the needs sought, therefore the reservation and purchase of a Service is your sole responsibility.

 

3. PRICE

The price of the Services will be the one stipulated at the time of the order on the Los Barqueros website.

The Client must know that prices are subject to variation. In this regard, the prices indicated in the section "My account / My reservations" on the summary page of reservations correspond to the prices paid by the Client at the time of making their last reservations. The functionality that allows the Client to order a Service again from this page is, therefore, capable of offering the sale of this same Product at a price different from the price paid on the day on which the last reservation and payment was made. The Client is thus invited to pay attention to the price in force at the time of each reservation and payment and which will be made known to him when the Service is placed in the shopping cart.

The prices will be indicated in Euros (€) and include the applicable VAT.

 

4. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT PROCESS

The Client must select the Service (s) they wish to reserve and put them in the shopping cart by clicking the Reserve button. To finalize your reservation, the Client must:

Once the payment is confirmed, the Client will receive as soon as possible, the acceptance of the payment, an email confirming their reservation (the Reservation Confirmation). The Client formally accepts the use of his e-mail for the confirmation by Los Barqueros of the content of the Reservation. The only purpose of the services purchased will be those contained in the Booking Confirmation. Los Barqueros will be obliged to provide only the Service (s) indicated in the Booking Confirmation email.

 

5. AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES

All reservations for boat transfer services that the website offers are subject to the availability of places as they are reserved, through the website and tel. Information on the availability of places is provided at the time of order updated in real time, on the page of each Service. The Client has the possibility to request information about the future availability of the Services by email. If, despite the monitoring carried out by Los Barqueros, the reserved routes are not available, Los Barqueros will inform the Client by any means (by phone or by email) without delay. No charge will be made to the Client's account related to the unavailable Service (s) in the event of unavailability of one or more Services. If any charge to the Client is made, Los Barqueros will proceed to refund the total amount charged.

 

6. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

Once the payment has been made, the Client can modify their reservation in the My reservations section of the private area, as long as the service is still unconfirmed. If this functionality does not appear in the My reservations section, it would mean that the reservation has been confirmed and, therefore, that it could not be modified or canceled via the web at the moment. However, the Client always has the right to use his right of withdrawal, the conditions of which are described in article 5 of these CGV.

Los Barqueros reserves the right to refuse to execute the service in case of conflict with the Client, and this, until the resolution of the controversy.

In such cases, the Client will be informed by email of the cancellation of their reservation and the amounts that, if applicable, have been paid prior to the cancellation of their reservation, by Los Barqueros will be reimbursed.

 

7. PAYMENT

Payment of the order will be made by credit or debit card and through Stripe. Los Barqueros has established a secure payment system for any order placed on the Los Barqueros website. Payments are made on an external platform through a payment service provider - Stripe - complying with PCI DSS security regulations. The Client can download his invoice from his private area in the My reservations section.

 

8. PROVISION OF SERVICES
